I’ve been craving fries lately, something which rarely happens, and it’s definitely going to kill me. Uh, I’ve always been fascinated by poutine. It really baffles me for the most part, but I don’t get why. I like fries (especially baked in the oven, which this recipe does), I love mushrooms, I love cheese…where can I go wrong? So when I noticed that Meijer had cheese cuds in the cheese section the other day I got kind of excited but ended up passing. I may have to remedy that.
