“The Floor”
So, I started my Apple CPU Tech Support training on Monday. I thought I’d really kind of hate it [especially since the training is 330-midnight M-F for three weeks], but you know what? I love it. I’m so excited to start a career and learn something completely different! Today, we get to go out onto “the floor” and sit with agents and listen to calls and hear exactly what goes on. I can’t wait! I’m glad that I’m starting this while I’m pretty young — there’s plenty of time to move up and get promoted. That’s definitely something I see myself doing.
But, I mean — in a month, I could be griping about how much I hate this job. Who knows? Either way, right now, I’m incredibly excited.
