This is a Mac kernel panic. It’s pretty bad news, and I think I would know how to deal with it if a customer called me with one. I didn’t know I’d have this kind of capability. I also didn’t know I could get nerdier.
I just finished my second week of training and I still love it. I got a 96 on my last test and 98 on this one. The rest of the class didn’t fare as well; a few had to re-take the test because of low scores.
After I turned in my test, the instructor [who has a kind of “Master Computer”] sent me a message that said, “Good job! I expected that from you! Now work on Mac OS X Printer Troubleshooting, etc.” That made my night. For the most part, I’ve been pretty quiet in the class, but I’m glad he already expects good things from me.
I really, really want to do well at this job, you guys.
